Power and Poise Ballet

Power and Poise Ballet brings the beauty of ballet to children of all abilities in a welcoming, supportive environment. Founded in 2024 by Abbie Smith and Lauren Dias after high demand following our students’ exceptional results, each class is taught by us personally, ensuring expert guidance and individual attention.

Our classes are based on Russian ballet technique, celebrated for its blend of strength, artistry, and expressive movement.
We also offer private lessons, through which many of our students have progressed into prestigious ballet schools.

At Power and Poise, we believe that dedication deserves recognition, our dancers have the opportunity to perform on stage every half term, building confidence, pride, and a true sense of achievement. Based in Dulwich, we are proud to create an inclusive space where every child feels encouraged, celebrated, and empowered to shine.
